The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

We loved our stay at the Venetian. It is very clean, great restaurants, spa, pool and friendly staff.

From the mattress, pillows, virws, security, restaurants on property and the flawless room service and food. Thus always where we stay! five star all the way!

First of all, please accept my apology for letting the first survey expire! Actually, my husband and I stayed at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas from March 20 23, 2026 as part of our Vibee VIP Experience Eagles and Sphere. Here's my review of our stay at your hotel: From the moment we arrived at the Venetian Luxury Resort Las Vegas, we were engulfed in the most luxurious beauty all around us. such gorgeous Italian decor and statuary. all of the marble and gold took our breath away! At check in, we were so fortunate to have Erik (with a K) check us into our suite. He was very knowledgeable and professional, but at the same time very personable and friendly. He didn't hesitate to answer all of our questions and lead us in the right direction. As we entered the North Tower, we were glad to see the presence of security, but it wasn't overwhelming at all. Our suite was absolutely magnificent. the "highlights" being an enormous bathroom with walk in shower, soaker tub, vanity and bathrobes hanging in the closet, as well as two sumptuous queen beds, a step down into a bar and seating area, with Sphere outside our window. We ate most of our meals at the Grand Lux Cafe. every meal was phenomenal. so we kept going back! We especially enjoyed walking around the hotel. both inside and outside! We did as much as we could in those three days, but we didn't even come close to experiencing all of the amenities! My husband and I are in our 70's and this was the trip of a lifetime. and adventure we will never forget!

Our stay is an unforgettable experience. Everyone on the hotel staff was very courteous and helpful in every way. Our suite was absolutely amazing in comfort and class!

Everyone was helpful and so kind. Everything here. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel to stay at!

From getting out of the taxi; to leaving it was a 1st class experiance. Every interaction with the Staff was friendly and nice! Amenities are impeccable.

Beautiful suite of rooms and great restaurant choices.

We came to Vegas to attend a concert at the Sphere so we reserved the Venetian. Upon our arrival, our hotel clerk noticed my partner’s prosthetic leg and we did not have an ADA room. He doesn’t require that but it is more comfortable. Without mentioning why, Wei Wei upgraded us to a suite in the Pallazzo. Our suite was perfect. We were near everything that we needed and the accommodations were superb. I would suggest an in room coffee maker and softer towels. Every member of the staff was kind and courteous. Frank, the concierge, set us up with several fabulous shows. We will be back and your facility is where we will stay.
